Greg Nunley — President & Owner

Greg Nunley is the president and owner of Roof Deck Services, Inc. Greg has over 35 years of experience in the roof deck, roofing and sheet metal industry, including both residential and commercial work primarily in the North Texas area. During his 35 years of experience, Greg has consulted with roofing and roof deck projects in over 28 states nationwide.

Greg spent the first 21 years in the roof deck, roofing and sheet metal business working for Deck Applicators of Irving, Texas. Deck Applicators installed Loadmaster metal roof decks, roofing of all types and sheet metal flashings. After Deck Applicators was sold to another company, Greg decided to start his own company in 1996.

Today, Roof Deck Services provides complete roofing, re-roofing, repairs, waterproofing, skylight, and sheet metal services to the commercial and residential community. The company also handles consulting services under the name Technical Roof Services.
